Fermentations are an easy way to add to our diet these probiotics are so beneficial to our bacterial flora, and without the addition of dairy products.

Fermentations in this workshop you will learn :

  • How to prepare réjuvelac and water kefir, fermented beverages rich in probiotics and antioxidants
  • How to prepare your yogurt cheese and nuts and seeds
  • How to make your own sauerkraut or kimchi
