Raw Living Food Chef Class

Do you want to gain more confidence in your kitchen and learn how to prepare delicious raw living food meals?

This Raw Living Food Chef class is for you!

No matter what your goal is, to change completely your diet or just incorporate tasty healthy meals to your diet, you will find what your looking for!

This course provides an excellent support for students who want to learn the basics of raw food from A to Z.

You will learn the following:

  • to familiarize yourself with the different knife skills
  • to develop your sense flavor balance
  • to develop your own recipes
  • various basic recipes of raw living food
  • menu planning
  • plating and decorating
  • to prepare and get organized for your recipes
  • food combining
  • to convert your favorite cooked recipes into a raw version

Prerequisite:       Sprouting workshop

Details:                Total of 65 hours divided into 2 weeks

                               Week 1: to be determined

                               Week 2: to be determined

Schedule:            9:00 to 17:00 with a 1 1/2 hour lunch break

Cost:                    $2900 + taxes

                            with accommodation: add $550 + taxes

Reservation:        a non-refundable $500 deposit is required
